How is Governa priced?

Governa is priced based on the number of beds at your facility.
Your subscription is calculated as a simple per-bed, per-day rate (billed annually), giving you a scalable and predictable cost structure as your organisation grows.Your subscription includes:

  • Full access to the Governa platform and Norma AI assistant
  • Ongoing updates and enhancements aligned to regulatory changes
  • Secure hosting and maintenance within your environment
  • Unlimited users — no per-user licensing fees

What devices does Norma work on?

Norma can be installed directly onto the existing mobile phones, tablets, or workstations used in your facility today.
If needed, we can also provide dedicated handheld devices to ensure consistent access at the point of care.

Can Governa support multiple facilities or groups?

Yes. Governa is built for both single-site facilities and multi-site organisations.
Policies and compliance evidence can be managed at both the organisation-wide and individual facility level, giving you flexibility and governance where it matters.

Where is resident data stored?

All data stays within the secure Governa Connect environment and is stored in a local server. 
Personally identifiable information (PII) is automatically stripped before any external processing occurs, ensuring strict security and compliance with privacy obligations

What systems does Governa Integrate with?
